What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Ceruro, the delivery time may be different from what you’re used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer very competitive prices. The average delivery time is 3 to 10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
Due to high demand for our products, your item may arrive a little later than expected. We appreciate your patience. If the expected delivery period has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email support@ceruro.com We will investigate the status of your package and get back to you.
I want to exchange/return my order — how do I do that?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service at support@ceruro.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from your confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will provide the return address and confirm the return. Once confirmed, you can send the product back to us using the courier of your choice.
What are the costs for returns?
Returns are unfortunately at your own expense. Costs depend on the courier you choose. Please check the website of the courier you plan to use for current rates.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)? There is always a 14-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. Returns are accepted only if:
- The 14-day return period has not expired;
- The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
- The product has not been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and Klarna. If you’re unsure whether your payment method is supported, follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options.
All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.
What if I haven't received an order confirmation email?
That shouldn't happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to support@ceruro.com and we will help you quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Email support@ceruro.com as soon as possible. Please include your name, your order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for cancellation.
